AFK provides mobility equipment not available on the NHS, such as bespoke powered wheelchairs, specialised trikes and walkers, to disabled children and young people up to age 25.
Using the bus, train or underground can be confusing – that’s why AFK offers Travel Training to help young people with disabilities learn how to travel confidently on public transport.
If you are aged 19-25 and have a learning disability, AFK can help you get a paid job through our Life and Work Programme.
