Mobility Equipment

We provide specialist mobility equipment not available on the NHS to disabled children and young people up to their 25th birthday across the UK, helping them build independence, confidence and greater freedom.

Employment and Skills

We help disabled young people aged 14-25 to build aspirations and develop life and work skills so they can prepare for life after school and move into paid employment with confidence experience and job opportunities

Training & Consultancy Services from AFK.

AFK’s equity, diversity and inclusion services support organisations to build more inclusive workplace cultures and create accessible career opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent young people.

 

Through practical training, workshops and consultancy, we help employers understand barriers, improve accessibility and build the confidence to support disabled talent to thrive at work.

 

Our offer includes Disability in the Workplace and Neurodiversity in the Workplace lunch and learn sessions, Disability Inclusion Training, Neuroinclusion Training, and bespoke training and consultancy to support more inclusive workplaces.

81% of the money we raise goes right back into our services to support disabled children and young people.

could go towards a ‘Aspire to work’ session facilitated by AFK, whereby local SEND pupils will learn about opportunities for employment after school.
