We hold a raffle three times a year to raise funds for our work. We have been running our raffle since the charity began in 1991 and are truly thankful for our dedicated raffle ticket sellers. Some have been selling tickets regularly for over ten years.

The winning tickets are selected at random by someone who is not employed by AFK or has purchased any tickets for the draw.
AFK raffle tickets may only be purchased by residents of England, Scotland and Wales.
It is illegal for tickets to be sold to or by and person under the age of 16. Any player found to be under the age of 16 immediately forfeits the right to any prize.
See the front of the ticket for the draw date. Any tickets recieved after this date will be treated as donations.
Winners will be notified in writing.

If you are experiencing some difficulties with gambling and would like to request that AFK excludes you from any of its future raffles then please either call our Raffle Team on 0208 347 8111 or write to Raffle Team, AFK, Martin House, 12 Regis Road, Kentish Town, London, NW5 3EW.
We hold your details on a register to ensure that you are not entered into any future draws and that we don’t send you any promotional material. The minimum period of exclusion is 6 months. If you would like to enter our raffles again after the period then please contact our Raffle Team.

This policy relates to disputes associated with the raffle. If you have a complaint with respect to our raffle then please don’t hesitate to contact us. The concern will be logged and investigated fully and you will be informed of the results. We will endeavour to investigate and resolve your complaint with 5 working days and take any further action necessary.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome it can be referred to an alternative dispute resolution entity, The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).
