00:00:02 The inclusion of young, disabled and neurodivergent people is at the centre of everything that we do.

00:00:07 That’s why we co-designed our new disability inclusion and neuroinclusion training with people who have lived experience.

00:00:15 They shaped every part, from identifying workplace learning needs to creating real, practical activities.

00:00:21 The working group told us what matters and, most importantly, how to act in an inclusive way.

00:00:27 It’s felt like a really collaborative scenario.

00:00:30 I mean, it’s felt like we’ve all been listened to when we made our input and, yeah, it’s felt very welcoming and accessible, which is the whole point.

00:00:40 Our EDI services are co-designed and co-delivered with people who have lived experience.

00:00:45 They’re rooted in the social model of disability.

00:00:48 Our sessions are interactive, accessible and built from learning and development best practice.

00:00:54 We give teams the confidence to move from intentions to action.

00:00:57 By investing in EDI training, you’re strengthening your organisation for the future.

00:01:02 Inclusive workplaces benefit everyone. They attract diverse talent, improve retention and build stronger teams.

00:01:09 Our services are tailored to your organisation, whether you’re at the start of your inclusion journey or you want to refresh colleagues’ knowledge.
