Self Employment Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Self-Employment Coach to support disabled and neurodivergent young people to explore and develop self-employment opportunities.

 

You will provide person-centred coaching through one-to-one and group sessions, helping young people turn their skills, interests and ideas into realistic income-generating activities. You will support them to build confidence, access tools and resources, and take practical steps towards greater independence.

 

Responsibilities include working with the Self-Employment Manager to deliver and develop the programme, supporting young people to shape viable business ideas, and contributing to monitoring, outreach and partnership activity. You will also play a key role in ensuring the programme remains inclusive, accessible and responsive to individual needs.
